Industrial defoamer for building mixtures based on cements, gypsum,
lime. Versatile to suppress air entrainment in mixtures,
plasticized with all types of plasticizers
Peculiarities
- Liquid polyalkyl ether. The active ingredient is 100%.
- Possesses high anti-foaming properties.
- It prevents air entrainment during mixing and helps to squeeze out entrained air in the molded mixture.
- Especially effective when used in reinforced concrete products;
- Does not enter into chemical interaction with air-entraining resins SDO, SNV and other common synthetic air-entraining components.
Prospects for the commercial use of the product
- Dosage: from 0.05% to 0.15% for the finished additive. For example, for a 25-30% solution, the consumption of antifoam agent will be from 0.5 kg to 1.5 kg per 1 ton of additive.
- Air suppression relative to the control equal rolling stock (according to GOST 30459, section 8.5.):
- on mobile mixes (P4-P5) - 3-6% depending on the dosage of the defoamer, the composition of the mixture, the time and method of mixing;
- on mixtures from P1 to P3 - 2-4%.
- Inorganic compound. Does not "bloom" and does not contribute to organic degradation in the composition of ready-made concrete admixtures.

The guaranteed shelf life is 1 year. Protect from insolation. Recommended temperature
storage from +10 to +30. After freezing, gentle thawing and thorough
